Live Mindfully

I mentioned the Proactive 12 steps in yesterday's post.

Step 10 is: I live mindfully, paying attention to the motives and effects of my actions.

That may be even better than taking a 'dialy inventory'.

or.....I guess...ideally, I need both.

To go about my day be aware of my feelings and thoughts...and EVERYTHING....
but the end of the review my day...what could I have done differently? what might I have done better? and...ALSO....what did I do today that I did really really well...exactly as I should have?

because sometimes....I do that too :)
